IBG Championships 2025 – Making History in Indian Bartending

August 2025 will be remembered as a turning point for the Indian bartending community. The India Bartenders’ Guild (IBG) brought together innovation, artistry, and unmatched talent through a remarkable series of competitions held across Greater Noida and Goa. With India’s first-ever Zero Proof Cocktail Competitions and a spectacular Flair Challenge, the series set a new benchmark for what bartending in India stands for today—and where it’s headed tomorrow.

The Journey Begins – Greater Noida, 4th August

The series kicked off at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, where bartenders from across the nation came forward to showcase their creativity in a zero-proof format—crafting sophisticated, flavorful, and alcohol-free cocktails that represented the future of mindful mixology.
Winners: 1st – Deepika Shukla, 2nd – Manu Kwatra, 3rd – Arun Kumar Yadav

Goa Turns the Spotlight – 10th August

At the iconic Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium in Panaji, the energy soared as the second Zero Proof Competition took the stage. With a focus on sustainability, innovation, and consumer-ready concepts, this event brought a tropical twist to the zero-proof revolution.
Winners: 1st – Chetan Choramule, 2nd – Bhuvan Tendolkar, 3rd – Rohit Raghunath Ghadi

Flair in Full Swing – 11th August

The series reached its crescendo with the Flair Challenge Goa, presented by BarJockey and supported by IBG. From high-flying bottles to gravity-defying performances, flair bartenders turned the stage into a spectacle of precision, rhythm, and showmanship.
