Goals
Raise awareness about the responsible use and abuse of alcoholic beverages.
Certify bartenders with clear knowledge of alcoholic beverages available in the international market, including classification, origin, production, and quality factors.
Differentiate and discuss all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages commonly sold in bars.
Provide bartenders with essential skills to prepare, mix, and serve various drinks.
Introduce participants to international classic cocktail recipes and standards.
Instruct participants with guidelines for bartender work procedures.
Train participants in bar control procedures.

IBA TRAINERS
Rihder Fuentes Frómeta is a highly accomplished professional bartender, trainer, and mixology expert with over 15 years of experience in the bartending and hospitality industry. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and multiple IBA certifications, including Bar Manager, Flair Judge, and Classic & Tasting Judge, he specializes in training bartenders to international standards and developing innovative bar concepts. As the IBA Educational Coordinator for Cuba and Head of Training at the Cuban Bartenders Association, he has designed and implemented programs that have trained over 500 bartenders annually. Recognized for his leadership in managing prestigious hospitality venues, such as the Isla del Sur Hotel Complex and NH Capri Victoria, Rihder has also achieved top positions in international competitions, including finalist at the IBA World Cocktail Championship 2023. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, he combines advanced techniques in molecular mixology and pairing with a passion for transforming bartending culture globally through education and innovation.
Applications
Submit your application using the attached registration form to the IBG committee by April 10, 2026.
Each application must include proof of payment.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Priority will be given to active IBG members and those who have passed other IBA educational pyramid courses.

IBG Judge Course: INR 15,000
Accommodation:
IBG will assist out-of-town participants by coordinating corporate rates at two hotel categories.
